The food was delicious, rooms clean and comfortable, water park fun, spectacular view, outstanding customer service. Great for families with kids, variety of swimming pools and slides. Polite staff, good value for money, nice food. Clean facility, satisfactory meals, helpful staff, convenient parking.
All was perfect.

the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, greeting me with a warm smile wherever I went. Secondly, the location was perfect, right in the center of Čateške toplice. Lastly, the rooms had balconies with beautiful views, allowing me to relax and enjoy the scenery.
Only one minor issue which could be improved upon.

Had a great Christmas weekend with my family at a hotel near thermal pools. The breakfast and dinner were excellent, and the hotel had plenty of parking space. The location was perfect, just a few steps away from the indoor and outdoor pools.
The pillows were not comfortable and the rooms needed some updating. we had a good experience but we were a bit disappointed by the outdated rooms and hard pillows.

The hotel offers excellent value for money, with reasonable prices for its services. Its attention to detail is commendable, especially in the winter thermal riviera. Despite being an old hotel, the staff maintains basic amenities and cleanliness. The location in the center of Čateške toplice is convenient, with easy access to the grocery shop and pharmacy. Moreover, the rooms are equipped with 2 separate bathrooms and 2 beds, ideal for families or groups. The breakfast provided is also satisfying.
All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

We stayed at a hotel in the center of a small town, which is close to a grocery shop and pharmacy. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools. the hotel also provided great food. We had a clean room with a balcony that had a nice view of the surrounding area.
The room was not spacious enough for a family with kids.

During my Christmas stay, the breakfast was decent, and the rooms were clean. the location was great, close to the thermal pools. I enjoyed the massage services.
The hotel was outdated, and the temperature in the room was too hot. the thermal pools were very crowded, and the prices for the bathrobes were ridiculous.
